A healthy lifestyle

Firstly, all the people need to have a healthy lifestyle. People haven´t got it and this is a great problem.

Moreover, I think that  you have to do sport every day, don´t eat junk food (especially McDonald´s food) and you hace to drink 2 L of water. If you smoke, or you drink alcohol or take drugs, you need to stop it gradually.

You even need to sleep 7 hours if you are an adult. Whether you don´t rest this time, you are going to feel bad. Personally, when I  don´t do it, I´m oblige to think "I´m going to change myself, i´m going to eat well and run every day".

Finally, my advise is that you do all I said before. I hope you will have a healthy lifestyle.

The worst day of my life

One year ago, I had my last old ancestor but nowadays I have nobody.

My grandfather was hospitalized in Granada. He was operated on lung cancer, however the operation became complicated because my grandfather had only a kidney and his liver and his lungs was so bad - he was very smoker and heavy drinker-. As a matter of fact, he was in a coma some time while my mum and his couple saw him.
The 25th of April was a public holiday, so my dad, my brother and I went to Granada to visit and spoil my mum and saw how was my grandfather. It was strange. My parents didn´t want that my brother and I saw my grandfather but we said that i could be the las time we saw him alive. We were brave, it was impressive see him with a lot of pipes all over his body. At six o´clock, my dad, my brother and I said goodbye to my mum and my grandfather´s couple. We were in the car when my mum called. She said something to my dad, nothing important. Five minutes later, the mobile rang again. It was my mum, nevertheless it was bad. When my dad hang up, he said "it has happened already". I had understood his sentence. Therefore we went round and came back to Granada.

All in all, I think my worst days were the 25th and 26th of April. It was too hard to my family and I. My others ancestors died when I was a little girl, and I only had one. I´ll go to his mass soon. Nowadays, the 25th of April isn´t a public holiday for me, it´s a day to remember my grandfather.

The film I last saw

The film I last saw at cinema was The Hobbit. It was a decision of my parents. The Hobbit is like the first part of Lord of Rings. It´s the begining.
The hobbits are the small people, who live in to the mountain and have big feet. The main character, Bilbo Bolson, was elected to live a great adventure, however he was obliged. His mates and he had started their challenge, Bilbo was afraid but he was brave.
They fought with ogres, orcs and others monsters. Mrs. Bolson was the key because he was very small for the big monsters and it prevented that they could see him. Their objetive was to arrive to a Castle. The Castle was of a mate but a dragon stole it for a long time. Now, they go to reconquer the Castle, although they must to challenge and win their duel with the dragon.
In the end, they are going to do a second film. I don´t know the ending but i´m sure that i´m going to see the second part of the saga.

The best field trip ever

The last summer, I went to England. I wanted this trip since I started the highschool. My brother went to England three times and i couldn´t lose my opportunity.
When I arrived to England, the first person i saw was my english friend and then her dad. She looked very nice. These night i knewn her family, in fact that i slept in her house. Her family and i went to Blackpool at the weekend. We went to Blackpool´s Tower, there was a view so beautiful, it was incredible!! We arrived to Peterborough, where they live, and some days after, my friends and I went to London, it was so impressive and cosmopolitan. In this trip, I travelled at first time on a train.
Then, we went to Edinburgh (Scotland). This place is the best place i ever stayed. When we visit it, there was cloudy and it was like a ghosts story, very mysterious and you were believed that you were in a film. We saw the England Queen in Scotland. I want to visit Edinburgh again!
Finally, i was so happy with the trip. I enjoyed a lot with it and i took beautiful photos. It was one of the best moments of my life. Nowadays, I chat with my english friend and i´ll see her one more time. I hope she enjoy it like i enjoyed.

A person I admire, my brother.

My brother´s name is Fernando. He´s 20 years old. He studies at Almería University. He likes his degree, Environmental Sciences. I like it, too.
My brother is a person who likes live his life, chortle with his friends, do sport, specially basketball, and, though he doesn´t accept, he likes read some books. I´m similar to him in some cases.
Some Thursdays, he calls me. We talk about our lifes and our family. I like this days, because he listens to me, asks to me, i listen to him and ask to him. Now, since he went to university two years ago, he is my friend. We don´t fight because we don´t see us and when we see us, we haven´t got time. He tells me that he stayed at library all afternoon, i admire him. He is mturer. I´m proud that he was my brother. I know that if he needs something, i try to give him. I always try to help him, he teaches me the good and beautiful things about the life. I think he tries to do the same things for me. I never had thought that we stayed like we are now, we are so close!
Sometimes, i feel alone because my parents are working and my brother isn´t in my house. I always want to visit him at Almería and watch a volleyball match with my brother or when he comes to Adra, we go with his car to visit Adra while we listen to The Beatles. I love this moments. I admire that my brother doesn´t feel embarrassment when he stays with me, we haven´t got troubles.
In conclusion, he is like a good friend, a good sportive mate and a good brother. He has somethings i dislike, however, I love Fernando, my best brother.

My favorite book, "Where is the limit".

My favorite book is "Where is the limit?". It´s a book that talk about the life´s phylosophy of Josef Ajram, the author.
Josef Ajram began to work on the Stock Exchange, he was good in maths. He had curiosity about what will happen on future. On Stock Exchange he learned a lot about it and about the life, he lived things that he doesn´t want to repeat.
Later, he showed an interest on the sport and Josef wanted to know what is the limit. He started with marathons, ultraman, ironman and his best race is Matathon des Sables. His firs objetive isn´t to win, is to arrive at the finish. Josef had his achievement tattoed.
In conclusion, he motivates everyone thats reads his book. I want to live like he, with his phylosophy "carpe diem". I want to read his second sportive book "I don´t know where the limit is, but i know where it is not". I´m excited. It´s a book for sportsperson wrote by a sportman. It will be better.
